Manager Operations - Nagpur, Maharashtra


Job Description

1) Give strategic inputs to the Operations Director vis-à-vis operational issues in his region
2) Ensure that the region targets are achieved through the team.
3) To Monitor Performance of Area Managers for Smooth functioning of all the training formats in the region
4) To Plan and Suggest innovative Solutions for day to day operations of all training formats imparting vocational training for underprivileged School dropouts by regular monitoring & evaluations of processes of the team to achieve desired outcomes.
5) To ensure desired social impact in the community
6) To confirm all the documentation has been done adhering to the process guidelines.
7) To help and guide identification, completing due diligence, training and Performance of NGO Partners for running livelihood trainings.
8) To recruit and train the team & Maintain the attrition level at the lowest. Ensure optimum performance from all team members.
9) To inculcate Quality consciousness & adhere to Operations audit parameters.
10) Develop careers plan for the Area Managers & to build second level of Managers.
11) Liaisoning and maintaining good relationship with Corporate Sponsors, Government and all stake holders.

Requirements

1. MBA/ Post Graduate.
2. 8 -12 years of experience preferably in Livelihoods Training / Sales / Business development work
3. Good communication skills, Knowledge of English, Hindi and Marathi or Local language is must.
4. Ready to travel extensively.
5. Well conversant with computer. ( MS Office )
