Job Description :
- Interact with the customers through mail, chat or phone
- Coordinate with the client and the teams
- Monitor the servers
- Obtain client feedback
- Answer marketing, pre-sales and sales calls
- Forward reboot request to NOC on demand
- Attend all incoming calls to the company
- Library Management
Service Terms and Conditions :
- 6 months probation period
- Submission of educational certificates at the time of joining.
- Willingness to work on night shifts (rotational shifts)
