Job Description :
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about DTH and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Exclude individuals whose duties are primarily repair.
Essential functions :
Typing Speed: Typing speed to minimum 22 WPM with 90%.
Aptitude Test: 50 - 75% Passing Benchmark
