The management trainees will be recruited for disciplines – General/ Movement/ Depot/ Accounts/ Technical/ Engineering/ Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
Salary: Stipend of Rs. 8000/- for first 6 months (training period) and then management trainees will be absorbed as Managers in Pay Scale of Rs. 16400 – 40500.
Educational Qualifications:-
1. Management Trainee (General/ Depot/ Movement): Graduation or equivalent with at least 60% marks; OR CS/CA/ICWA. 5%. Relaxation in percentage for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
2. Management Trainee (Accounts): Associate Membership of Insitute of Chartered/Cost Accountants/ Company Secretaries of India
OR
B.Com Degree from a recognized Institute/University with MBA Finance Degree/Diploma (Full Time) 2 years or Part Time MBA Finance of 3 years duration.
3. Management Trainee (Technical): B.Sc. Degree in Agriculture / B.E/ B.Tech in Food Science Technology/ Bio Technology/ Agricultural Engineering.
4. Management Trainee (Civil Engineering): Civil Engineering Degree.
5. Management Trainee (Mechanical Engineering): Mechanical Engineering Degree.
6. Management Trainee (Electrical Engineering): Electrical Engineering Degree.
Age Limit: 28 years (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per Govt Norms).
Application Fee: Rs 500/- for general candidates in the form of DEmand Draft/Bank Challan. SC/SC/H exempted from payment of application fee.
