* Monthly preparation of MIS, variance analysis, reconciliation of MIS Vs Actual
* Consolidation of MIS, subsidiary company MIS
* Preparation of monthly Financial Statement for all subsidiaries consolidated
* Financial statements within schedule time line.
* Knowledge in handling correspondence with Banks, Monthly Stock statements.
* Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, correspondence with Banks.
* Handling compliances with various Laws enacted like companies Act 1956,
* KVAT, Excise Laws, Income Tax etc.
Skills Required:
* Computer literate with Good Command in Excel and Tally 9.2
* Analytical Skill
* Understanding of organizational Conceptual framework
* Skill to prepare Financial statements for Group of Companies
* Reconciliation of subsidiary Accounts
* Ability to Correspond with Banks(written communication)
* knowledge of Key Company Accounts
* GAPP, Excise Laws, Income Tax, KVAT
* Verbal Communication, Team Building,
