Job Description :
• This position is responsible for: Qualifying leads, establishing relationships, soliciting business over the telephone and generating quality leads to help expand the business.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction and respond to queries Developing and managing telephone script.
• Expected to interact with the clients on our database.
• Establish self as key contributor
• Should be able to generate leads for the sales team by marketing our products and services.
• Should be punctual and regular to work.
• To efficiently capture the information provided by the client and grasp the actual details precisely.
• Should be open for learning and flexible.
• Would be under notice for the first 3 months, unless proven by performance.
• Use of CRM to upload leads and contact details
• Should be open and receptive to feedback
• Should be able to achieve the targets assigned.
• Make/propose improvements to work products, services or processes
• Share best practices.
