CA ITCM R12.X

·         DSM Explorer functionality.

·         DSM Reporter.

·         SD / AM Agent configuration.

·         Software Inventory Collection Task.

·         Configuration Policies.

·         Install Procedure configuration Options (Postpone, Reboot, Silent, etc.)

CA ITAM r11.3.X 

·         Asset Portfolio Management Web Console functionality.

·         Assets Advanced Search capability.

·         Application patching and upgrades.

·         IIS and Web Services.

ADT 2.0

·         Basic knowledge and troubleshooting of ADT.

·         Knowledge of how programs are linked to fields in UAPM.

·         Ability to create new ADT programs.

SQL 2005/2008

·         Basic knowledge of Database Management.

·         Database tables and query analysis.

·         Query Designer knowledge.
